For items that can not be sold within 2 months may be exchanged for other products. Products that have received more than 3 months can not diretur.
For products damaged / defective when received, to immediately notify us by the time maximal 7 days after receiving the goods. If more than 7 days, then we assume that the goods have been received in good condition, so if (more than 7 days after receiving the goods) you reported that the item was received damaged / defective, then you have to bear.
